Known Issues and Workarounds

This section reports known issues with work around for the current version of H-ITTShow. To report an known issue please contact support@h-itt.com. The H-ITT team will verify the problem and post a resolution.

Version: All Using PowerPoint 2007

ISSUE 1: Charts are non-functional in PowerPoint 2007
ISSUE 2: Multiple “animations” on a given slide cause status and results to “disappear”.

RESOLUTION 1: Use percentage or numerical results instead of charts. Microsoft expects to have a fix for this in an upcomming patch. Release date not announced.
RESOLUTION 2: Use only 1 animation on a slide to bring up the results.
