Terms & Conditions
- Warranty: H-ITT warrants all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship, and are fully functional to the specifications published for the product. This warranty only applies to products purchased new, and does not cover physical or other damage caused by misuse of the product.
The warranty period for applicable products is:
- Remote transceiver devices (clickers) have a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase by the user.
- Base transceiver devices and other accessories have a 2 year warranty from the time of purchase.
- An extended two year warranty is available for purchase on our RX4100 and RX220 base units for an additional $99.00 at the time of purchase.
- Payment Terms: Net 30 Days from invoice date, for every 30 days after there is a 2% monthly interest charge to your balance.
- Returns of unused merchandise: Unused merchandise return policy is valid for 180 days from original ship date as shown on the packing slip. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returned unused merchandise. H-ITT provides account credit for all unused returns. Original invoice must accompany return, and merchandise must be in the original packaging. Merchandise returned beyond the 180-day period will be returned to sender at sender's expense.
- Returns of warranted merchandise: Items returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced at H-ITT's option. Buyers receipt must accompany warranty returns. Buyer pays freight to H-ITT, and H-ITT returns warranty items UPS FOB destination
- Shipping and Handling: Buyer pays all shipping and handling charges. Prices listed do not include shipping and handling charges.
